Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and password hash (or Google sign-in identifier).
• Profile data — company name, logo, brand colour, and default terms you choose to save.
• Proposal data — the project details you enter, the generated proposal text, and your client's name, company, and email if you provide them.
• Activity data — when a proposal is created, sent, viewed, accepted, or declined, plus a view counter on share links.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never your card number.

How we use it

To operate your account, generate and store proposals, deliver share links, notify you when a client responds, process subscriptions, and support you when you write in. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run the Service:

• Our hosting and database provider, for application hosting and data storage.
• Our AI provider, which receives your project details to generate proposal text.
• Stripe, for payments and subscription management.
• Our email provider, to deliver account and proposal-response notifications.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Share links

A proposal share link contains a long random identifier. Anyone with the link can view that proposal and accept or decline it without an account. Only share links with your intended recipient.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and database access rules restrict every record to its owner. We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and proposals are deleted; limited billing records are kept where tax or accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can view and edit your data in the app, export any proposal as a PDF, delete individual proposals, cancel your subscription, and delete your account at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to erase it, email support@proposalist.live and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
