- How many proposals do I get for free?
- Three proposals for the lifetime of your account. After that, Pro at $19 per month unlocks unlimited proposals, custom branding, and your logo on every shared link.
- How long does a proposal take to generate?
- Usually under a minute. You answer a short set of questions about the client, scope, and budget, and Proposalist writes eight structured sections you can edit line by line.
- Can I edit what the AI writes?
- Yes. Every section is editable, and you can regenerate any single section without touching the rest of the document.
- How do clients see the proposal?
- You share an unguessable link. Clients open it in a browser with no account, read the proposal, and accept or decline right on the page. You get an email the moment they respond.
- Can I export a PDF?
- Yes. Open a proposal, choose Export PDF, and save from the print dialog. The export is print-formatted and uses your branding on Pro.
- How do I cancel?
- Go to Settings and open the billing portal. Cancel in two clicks; your Pro access runs through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Do you use my proposals to train AI models?
- No. Your content is used only to produce your proposals. See the Privacy Policy for details.
